The school desks were full with beads of different sizes, satin tapes, threads, scissors and other materials, whereas the creative and diligent hands of the students were on them, ready to make jewellery.

That was the atmosphere of the introductory workshop in the creative corner of the Ohrid secondary school which was held in the middle of October as part of the USAID Interethnic Integration in Education Project (IIEP). The Secondary School “Sv. Kliment Ohridski” is one of the seven schools in Macedonia for which IIEP will equip to enable the implementation of various creative activities.

The students will continue to work in the creative corner which we hope will produce many famous designers of handmade jewellery.
