Many activities of the elementary school students from “Gjorgji Sugarev” school from Bitola

Art workshop, making postcards and visit to the archaeological site “Heraklea” were part of the activities of the students from the elementary school “Gjorgji Sugarev” from Bitola, which they implemented during March and April.

First of all, the members of the English language club drew their favourite places in the hometown Bitola during the art workshop which was also attended by Maria Ros Jernberg, a representative of the humanitarian organisation “Hand in Hand” from Sweden.  The organisation is a partner of the joint school activities for the current school year.

Afterwards, new creative activities were performed, through which the students demonstrated their computer skills.  They designed postcards and promotional material for the schools and their work is available at the school’s web site:

At the mid of April, the young researches visited the archaeological site Heraklea where they gathered information and materials for making a brochure.

The activities of the students from “Gjorgji Sugarev” will continue in the following period and soon we expect new information and photos on the performed tasks.
