Building group cohesion between demonstration schools

The Center for Human Rights and Conflict Resolution (CHRCR) on 13 February 2014 was the host of the School Integration Teams from four demonstration schools. The primary schools Sande Sterjoski from Kicevo, Bratstvo Edinstvo from Ohrid, Braka Miladinovci and Bajram Sabani from Kumanovo were present and participated in all activities during the training. The training consisted of different activities in groups or with partners such as building the highest fortress from scrap paper, walking in pairs with balloons in between or making salad with one hand. The purpose of these type of activities is to broaden the mutual friendship, build strategies for cooperation, increasing the level of trust among SIT members, building group cohesion and most of all having fun. At the end of the training, a presentation of the IIEP activities that will follow in the forthcoming year was presented to the participants.
