The Success Lies in the Diversity

Ethnic diversity in the private companies proved to have positive effect on society, a bright strategy that every private business in the country should have and the only way to a productive future – were some of the findings that a group of eight students from “8 Septemvri” secondary school managed to conclude and present today in one of the classrooms in their school in Tetovo.

During February, the students were a part of the activity which worked on a case study concerning career development in a multicultural company and VEZE SHARRI from Tetovo was the company that was selected to be studied which provided ethnic diversity and success in its functioning.

Over 50 people attended the presentation, including teachers, students, parents, school directors, and media representatives. IIEP awarded certificates to all the students and teachers involved in the process.
