Career Development in Multicultural Settings

With the aim to stimulate and encourage the career development in multicultural environment, the diverse group of students and teachers of secondary economic school “8 Septemvri” on 5 February 2013 visited the company “VEZE SHARRI” in Tetovo.

This activity is part of the USAID Interethnic Integration in Education Project with the partner organization My Career.

Students aimed at learning how is to develop the career and get motivated in multicultural settings- by talking with two employees in a form of an interview on a topic Diversity and Inclusion in Multicultural Environment. They also had the possibility to learn about the company, the production process and the quality standards.

This information will support students in the forthcoming period to develop a case study and produce short video piece that will be presented to other students in the school.
